Our own facilities, direct sourcing
We supply from our own production facilities in India, and what we do not make ourselves we buy direct from the grower or manufacturer, never from a trader who bought from a trader. Fewer hands means a cleaner price and a document trail that actually reaches the field.
Tested before shipment, not after arrival
Material is assayed at origin and does not travel if it will not pass. We would rather find out in India than at a UK port.
The right assay method
Much of the market is standardised by gravimetry or UV, which read anything that behaves like the marker. Where the specification calls for it, our certificates carry HPLC results with the method named beside every figure.
Importer of record
We clear GB import controls and quote delivered duty paid, so customs exposure sits with us rather than appearing on your desk as a surprise.
Paperwork in your format
Supplier approval questionnaires, quality agreements and self-audit documentation completed as a matter of course, so we are never the weak link when your auditor arrives.

Seven lines are shown in depth; anything India produces can be sourced against your certificate. Send us the incumbent CoA and we will say plainly whether we can match it, better it, or not touch it.

India grows some of the finest ingredients in the world, and most of it reaches British shelves through four or five sets of hands. We shortened the line: we produce in our own facilities, we source the rest direct where it grows, we test before it ships, and we put our name on the paperwork.

What does Aarleez Ltd supply?
Aarleez Ltd supplies standardised botanical extracts and premium dry fruits and nuts business-to-business across the United Kingdom. The extract range covers ashwagandha, curcumin, turmeric, moringa, ginger, fenugreek and amla. The dry fruit range covers saffron, almonds, cashews, pistachios, walnuts, raisins and sultanas, dates, dried figs, makhana, seeds and soya chunks. Everything is bought direct at source in India and tested before it ships.
Are you an importer or a distributor?
We are the importer. Aarleez Ltd buys at source in India and is the importer of record into Great Britain, which means there is one margin between the producer and your goods-in rather than the two or three in a typical distribution chain. It also means the Certificate of Analysis you receive belongs to the lot in your drum, not to a batch somewhere upstream.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Twenty-five kilograms per specification for botanical extracts, which is one standard fibre drum. One pallet per line for dry fruits and nuts. On a first order we accept mixed consignments across two or more lines so you can qualify several products without committing to a full quantity of each.
What documentation ships with an order?
Certificate of Analysis tied to the delivered lot, heavy-metals and microbiology reports, a pesticide-residue screen, and the commercial set: packing list, commercial invoice and certificate of origin. Allergen, GMO, vegan, halal, BSE/TSE statements and phytosanitary certification are issued on request. Aflatoxin results are included as standard on nuts and dried fruit.
How long does delivery take?
One to two weeks from order confirmation to a UK address on running specifications. Bespoke specifications that need a fresh production run take longer, and we quote the real date at the point of enquiry rather than after you have committed.
Which parts of the UK do you deliver to?
Anywhere in the United Kingdom. We quote delivered duty paid in sterling to your address, with customs clearance and GB import controls handled by us. Ex-warehouse collection is available if you would rather run your own leg.
