Who we supply — 03
For food manufacturers
Ingredients that behave in the line and paperwork that behaves at the border. Pallet-scale dry fruit graded in writing, water-dispersible extracts, oleoresins and natural colours, all tested at origin and delivered duty paid with GB labelling declarations ready.
The problem
The cost is never the ingredient.
When a dried fruit or nut line goes wrong in a factory, the ingredient price is the smallest number in the incident. A foreign body found downstream means a hold, an investigation and possibly a recall. A missed sulphite declaration is a labelling breach. An aflatoxin result out of tolerance at the border means the container does not move and the production plan does not happen. None of that is fixed by having bought a fractionally cheaper pallet.
We test at origin rather than on arrival, we agree defect and foreign-matter tolerances in writing before shipment rather than arguing about them afterwards, and we report the numbers that drive your labelling — sulphur dioxide on treated fruit, allergen status, protein figures on soya — as measured values rather than as reassurances copied off a supplier's brochure.

The range
What food manufacturers take from us.

Before you order
The four things worth agreeing in writing.
Foreign matter and defect tolerance
Agree the numbers before the first shipment, not during the first dispute. Stone, shell fragment, stalk and defect percentages should be written down, and pitted and processed lines should be metal detected. We will put our tolerances in the quotation so you can hold us to them.
Anything that lands on your label
Sulphur dioxide on golden and green raisins is declarable above 10 mg/kg in Great Britain. Anti-caking coatings on diced fruit are ingredients. Nut lines carry allergen cross-contact implications for your site. We report measured values so your declaration is built on data.
Whether your process includes a kill step
If it does not — a raw bar, a post-bake topping, an inclusion added after cooking — say so at the enquiry stage. Sesame, seeds and some dried fruit should then be specified as treated grades, with the validation attached.
Pack format and how it runs
A 25 kg bag that has to be cut open above a hopper is a different operational proposition from a lined carton. Tell us what your line takes and we will pack to it rather than sending what happens to be standard at origin.
Volume
One pallet per line as a minimum, mixed pallets accepted on a first order. Scheduled call-off against an agreed annual volume once a line is running.
Testing
Aflatoxin, pesticide residue, moisture, microbiology and foreign matter, tested before shipment and certified against the lot you receive.
Landed cost
Delivered duty paid in sterling to your site. Customs clearance and GB import controls handled by us as importer of record.
A failed consignment discovered at a UK port costs detention, destruction or re-export. We test at origin so it never travels.
How an order runs
From your specification to your loading bay.
Six steps, most of them ours. You send a specification; we come back with a certificate and a delivered price, and the goods arrive tested, cleared and documented.
The active, the percentage, the form and the volume. Or the certificate you buy against today, supplier name redacted.
A recent batch certificate for the line and a delivered duty paid price in sterling.
Specification, packing and delivery address agreed in writing.
Assay, heavy metals, microbiology, pesticide residue and residual solvent. Material that will not pass does not ship.
Customs entry, duty and GB import controls handled by Aarleez Ltd as importer of record.
Delivered with the full document pack. Batch codes trace back to the source lot.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask
Can you deliver to a third-party site or co-packer?
Yes. Tell us the delivery address, the receiving hours and whether the site needs a tail lift or has a dock. Getting that wrong costs a failed delivery and a re-delivery charge, so we confirm it before the first consignment rather than assuming.
Do you supply against a written specification?
Yes, and we prefer it. Send us the specification you already run and we will quote against it or tell you which parts of it we cannot hold. A supplier who agrees to every line of a specification without reading it is a supplier who will disappoint you later.
What happens if a consignment fails our goods-in?
You tell us, we look at our retained sample and the shipping certificate, and we resolve it. We imported the material, so there is no third party for us to hide behind.
Can you handle scheduled deliveries against a forecast?
Yes. Agree a volume and a call-off schedule and draw against it. It stabilises your price against crop movement and keeps the stock off your floor.
Do you offer own-brand packing?
Yes — retail-ready and private label, including nitrogen flush where shelf life matters. Send the artwork and pack format and we will quote the packed price rather than a bulk price plus a vague conversion.
Next step
Send us your specification.
Tell us the lines, the volumes and the delivery site. You will get a delivered price on a mixed first pallet.
