Who we supply — 04
For wholesalers & distributors
One importer of record for the whole Indian range, quoting delivered duty paid in sterling so your margin is not eaten by surprises at the border. Pallet to container, with the document pack your customers will ask you for.
The proposition
One margin, not three.
Most UK wholesalers of Indian dry fruit are buying from a domestic importer who bought from a trading house at origin. That is two margins above the producer before you add your own, and it puts you three conversations away from the only person who actually knows what the crop is doing. When supply tightens, allocation goes to whoever is closest to the origin, and that is not you.
We produce in our own facilities and source the rest direct in India, we import as principal, and we can sell to you either delivered or ex-warehouse. That removes a margin and, more usefully, gives you a direct line into what is happening at origin — when a crop is short, when a price is about to move, when it is worth committing early. That information is worth more over a year than the margin is.

Commercial terms
How trade buyers work with us.
Pick the model that fits your operation. Neither one is treated as the poor relation.
| Model | Volume | Terms | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Delivered duty paid | Pallet upward | All-in sterling price to your door | Wholesalers without an import function |
| Ex-warehouse | Pallet upward | Collect from UK warehouse | Buyers running their own distribution |
| Full container, direct | FCL | Shipped to your nominated port | Established importers |
| Call-off against forecast | Agreed annual volume | Draw as required | Steady-demand distributors |
| Private label | Pallet upward | Your artwork, packed at origin | Distributors with own brands |
What you get that a middleman cannot give you
Three things worth more than the margin.
Honest crop information
When a crop is short, when a grade is about to become scarce, when a price is moving and in which direction. You get it early enough to act on rather than as an explanation after the fact. A reseller cannot give you this because they do not have it either.
Allocation when it is tight
In a tight market, origin allocates to the buyer with the relationship. Being one step from the producer instead of three is the difference between being supplied and being told there is nothing available.
A straight answer about delays
Shipping goes wrong. Containers roll, vessels are late, border controls take longer than anyone planned. What matters is whether you find out in time to tell your own customer. We would rather deliver bad news early than good news that turns out to be wrong.
Scale
Pallet through to full container, with mixed pallets on a first order so you can trial the range before committing to volume.
Documentation
Lot-tied Certificate of Analysis, packing list, invoice, certificate of origin and phytosanitary certification where the line requires it.
Import
Aarleez Ltd as importer of record on delivered terms, or your own clearance on ex-works and FOB. EORI details available on request.
Delivered duty paid means the price you accept is the price you pay. No FOB Mumbai plus a shrug about freight, duty and clearance.
How an order runs
From your specification to your loading bay.
Six steps, most of them ours. You send a specification; we come back with a certificate and a delivered price, and the goods arrive tested, cleared and documented.
The active, the percentage, the form and the volume. Or the certificate you buy against today, supplier name redacted.
A recent batch certificate for the line and a delivered duty paid price in sterling.
Specification, packing and delivery address agreed in writing.
Assay, heavy metals, microbiology, pesticide residue and residual solvent. Material that will not pass does not ship.
Customs entry, duty and GB import controls handled by Aarleez Ltd as importer of record.
Delivered with the full document pack. Batch codes trace back to the source lot.
FAQ
Questions buyers ask
Can we buy a full container direct?
Yes, shipped to your nominated UK port with the documentation set. It is the cheapest way to buy if your turnover supports it and you have the clearance capability — and if you do not, delivered duty paid on pallets is the sensible alternative rather than a compromise.
Will you sell to us if we compete with your direct customers?
Yes. We are a supplier, not a rival for your accounts, and we do not sell finished retail brands into the market. We would rather have distribution partners with real books than protect a handful of direct accounts.
What payment terms do you offer?
Terms are agreed case by case and depend on the volume, the history and the trade references. We will have that conversation openly at the outset rather than implying flexibility we cannot extend.
Do you offer exclusivity by region or line?
It is discussable on specific lines where a distributor is genuinely building the market. It has to be earned against volume rather than granted on a promise, and we will be direct about that.
How much notice do you need for a container?
Longer than for a pallet, and it depends on the crop and the season. Talk to us before you need it — on seasonal lines like dates, the buyers who plan months ahead pay a materially different price from the ones who ring six weeks out.

Send the lines and the annual quantities and we will come back with terms, a delivered price and an ex-warehouse price.
